24 HOUR EMERGENCY REPAIR

Black and White Roofing recognizes that not all roofing emergencies happen during convenient business hours. Our staff are on call and ready to address any concern you have 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our Service personnel are experienced in all conventional roofing systems. We will expeditiously dispatch our staff to resolve the issue, minimizing damage and disruption.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Black and White Roofing recognizes that a preventive maintenance program provides building owners and property managers with peace of mind, and avoids the need for untimely and expensive roof repairs or replacements.

An annual or semi – annual inspection is performed in the spring and/or fall to assess the integrity of the roofing system and all through roof penetrations (i.e. Drains, Overflow Scuppers, Vent stacks, HVAC curbs etc). Any issues identified during these routine inspections can be resolved before they become a bigger problem. This program also provides building owners and property managers with advance warning of major repair or replacement costs.
